The King and Queen of DiGi Charat Planet are Dejiko's parents, and are the rulers of the DiGi Charat Planet. You can see where Dejiko gets her bright green hair from, and though you can't see it in the above picture, the King and Queen wear blue and white robes, similar to Dejiko's maid-like outfit. From various flashbacks throughout the all the DiGi Charat series, it's obvious that Dejiko and her parents love each other very much. In fact, every Christmas, Dejiko's parents send her a present -- no matter how far away they are, they're always thinking about their daughter.
If you've watched more than one DiGi Charat series, you will notice that the reasons for Dejiko leaving for Earth vary, since there's a few versions of that story. The TV series says that Dejiko came to earth simply to become a famous idol. The DiGi Charat Movie - A Trip To The Planet alludes to the invasion of DiGi Charat Planet by the neighbouring Analogue Planet, saying that Dejiko left for Earth in order to escape the destruction safely. DiGi Charat Nyo has an episode that says Dejiko was sent to Earth by her mother for "princess training". In the aforemetioned scenario, a rather bratty Dejiko was sent to Earth by her mother, so that she could properly train to be a good princess -- and rather amusingly, Dejiko's mother sent her packing as fast as she could, since apparently, Dejiko's father completely dotes on her and was away on a trip, at that time.
As seen in the example above, Dejiko's mother can be a bit sneaky when she needs to get something done -- a trait that has been successfully passed down to her darling daughter. In addition to sending Dejiko to Earth as soon as possible (before Dejiko's father got back from his trip), she also only put enough gas in the cat spaceship for a one way trip to Earth, effectively making sure that Dejiko didn't just fly back home when things got rough. Dejiko's mother is good natured and loves Dejiko's energetic antics -- who knows, maybe the Queen was like that when she was Dejiko's age....
Not much is known about Dejiko's father, other than the fact that he loves Dejiko very much and seems to be a kind monarch. Apparently, he's one of those dads who just adore their daughters, since Dejiko's mother was sure that if she waited for Dejiko's father to come home from his trip, he wouldn't have let Dejiko go to Earth.
And for some reason, Dejiko's parents can fly. Don't ask how or why they fly, they just can. o_o; During the DiGi Charat Movie, it seemed like Pyoko had kidnapped Dejiko's parents... but when everything was settled, they literally said, "Okay, now we have to go back to prepare for Dejiko's 'Welcome Home' party!" and then they flew back to their castle... o.o;
