      The Deji Devil is pretty much the "bad guy" in DiGi Charat Panyo Panyo. He's a nasty creature that originates from the dark underworld, and his main goal in life is to pretty much make everything as inconvenient and messed up as possible. He takes young Pyoko under his wing (and maybe this is the root of all her "evilness" in later years?) and teaches her how to be evil. Pyoko seems to still have some traces of being a good girl, so Deji Devil works hard to erase those traces. He's very old (over a 100 000 years old, I believe) and like most villains, he's pretty conceited. He seems to have problems with his evil schemes, however -- he doesn't seem to plan well, and as a result, his schemes fall apart in some way (sometimes it's his fault, and other times, Pyoko does something silly).
